Overview:

We are a global management consulting firm seeking an HR Specialist to join our growing team. We offer a dynamic and rewarding work environment with growth opportunities and professional development support.

The HR Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of the full range of services regarding the daily operations of our clients as they relate to hr and benefits administration.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration
    • Database maintenance: file and keep up to date records of clients’ employees’ files
    • Maintain personnel files and ensure completeness of information
    • Coordinate background and reference checks on potential candidates at clients’ request
  • HR Administration
    • Human resources administration for our clients based on their needs
    • Prepare census information
    • Act as a representative for client employees for their HR needs

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree

· 2-3 years of experience in an admin/HR role, preferably in a client services environment

· Ability to be client facing and customer service oriented

· Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills
