Our client, a healthcare company in Bucks County, PA is searching for an HR Business Partner to join their team. The People & Culture Business Partner will serve as the subject matter expert and primary resource in numerous HR disciplines to our growing teammate population including but not limited to: Heavy emphasis on employee relations and investigations, sensitive mediations, dispute resolution, performance assessment and improvement, policy application and development, worker’s compensation, unemployment, ADA, FMLA, learning & development, full-cycle talent acquisition and compensation review and analysis. You will also identify, drive and implement HR process efficiencies as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive and implement operational efficiencies.
Job Responsibilities
• Directly responsible for all employee relations issues, including but not limited to conflict
resolution, investigations, disciplinary action, leadership development and education.
• Advise and guide leadership team on areas of improvement and opportunities for development.
• Strategic and hands-on support for field and home office teammates through thoughtful
coaching, training and development always focusing on guiding and educating.
• Directly support talent acquisition needs including but not limited to ATS technical support,
interviewing, full cycle recruiting best practices.
• Analyze HR Reports (i.e. exit surveys, turnover, etc.) and provide synthesis of trends/patterns to
senior leadership with recommendations for improvement
• Monitor retention metrics and develop strategic plans to maximize retention.
• Comprehensive leave support and guidance to leadership and P&C administrative teammates
regarding the crucial navigation and interplay between Workers Compensation, ADA and FMLA.
• Collaborate and support the overall management and decision-making process to ensure the field
maximizes its short, medium, and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with all levels of teammates to provide creative solutions to ongoing operational
issues/concerns.
• Recommend new approaches for improving efficiencies, policies, and procedures to ensure
continuous improvement for our work environment and employee satisfaction.
• Build strong and trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, safety and regulatory laws and standards.
• Other duties and responsibilities as changed or assigned at any time
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
• Recognized HR Professional certification strongly preferred (i.e. SHRM CP, SHRM SCP)
• Minimum 5 years progressive human resource experience with increasing responsibilities
• Experience in a small to mid-size company as you will be required to demonstrate a great deal of
flexibility, wearing multiple hats at any given time.
• Very strong and confident in handling a wide variety of employee relations issues as well as an
ability to juggle several employee relations issues simultaneously.
• Very strong generalist knowledge across all HR disciplines
• Ability to address concerns immediately while also focusing on long term solution(s) in a fastpaced, constantly evolving environment.
• Experience with acquisitions preferred.
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills; must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced
environment.
• Self-starter and demonstrated ability to take initiative and use critical thinking skills.
• Ability to travel and sometimes on short notice.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Experience in HRIS report writing very helpful (Paycom preferred).
• Spanish speaking a plus
