HR Analyst

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a manufacturing company, is currently looking for an HR generalist. In this role you will be working under the HR Director performing a wide range of duties in the HR department.

HR Analyst Job Summary:

• Pay: $65,000 – 75,0000
• Shifts Available: Monday through Friday 8-5

 

• Identity and resolve problems in a timely manner using data
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, FLSA
• Ability to use statistical techniques
• Work with a sense of urgency
• Perform effectively under pressure

HR Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year college degree
• Familiar with UltiPro HRIS System
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Computer Literacy
