Executive Assistant
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage complex schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle various office-related tasks while bringing innovative solutions to daily challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Handle expense reports and reimbursements
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
Plan and execute company events, meetings and lunches as needed
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Manage office equipment and new furniture needs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
5-10 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Desired Skills:
Experience with travel research booking/itineraries and expense management
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft To-Do, Co-Pilot)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Software is preferred
