A construction services company in Virginia is looking to add an experienced Administrative professional to join their growing team as an Executive Assistant.

- Interface with Executives, assistants, and other internal/external professionals both nationally and internationally
- Manage calendar for Senior Executives
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, etc.
- Coordinate, prepare, and reconcile expenses, as needed
- Attend meetings with Project Executive or Management to capture meeting minutes and type them for review and approval
- Administrative duties such as travel arrangements, typing letters, memorandums and correspondence
- Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
- Assist in organization of project-wide events
- Organize, prioritize, and summarize the content on incoming mail, calls, special requests, and meetings
- 8+ years of Administrative experience supporting Senior-level Executives
- High School Diploma / GED from an accredited institution
- Polished demeanor.
- Strong typing skills.
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented.
