Our client, a leading private equity firm in the Presidio, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant! In this role, you will provide essential support to at least two partners with unique working styles, by managing calendaring, scheduling, expenses, and travel arrangements. We are looking for an exceptionally organized, adaptable candidate with strong interpersonal skills. Salary Range:
$130,000-$150,000 base salary + generous benefits + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level daily administrative support to 3 partners including calendar management, event planning, travel management, and expenses
- Schedule meetings including meeting setup as needed
- Coordinate executive travel both domestic and international and manage all visa and passport requirements and processes
- Support the Administrative team as needed
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 7+ years as an Executive Assistant
- Experience working with multiple executives
- Heavy calendar management and travel experience
- Strong time management and multitasking skills in a dynamic setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Concur experience is a plus
