We are partnering with our manufacturing client for an Executive Assistant position. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct administrative support and office management to senior executives within our organization. You'll work closely with the 2 Vice Presidents and 1 Senior VP, and other department leaders. This position is hybrid 3 days onsite. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $95,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Compose, edit, and assist with internal and external communications, including memos, notices, and general information.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including hotel accommodations, car rentals, and other logistics.
- Maintain office supplies, oversee mail room operations, and manage office equipment maintenance and repair.
- Systematize physical and electronic filing of documents, reports, and records.
- Submit monthly vacation/sick reports to HR and assist with new employee orientation.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask within deadlines.
- Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and QuickBooks Pro.
Experience:
- Associate's degree in business administration or related field.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience.
- Prior experience in food service and manufacturing environments is advantageous.
