We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of an investment firm located in South Miami/Brickell. The right candidate is poised, polished, professional, and skilled at anticipating the needs of their executive.

You will act as the air traffic controller overseeing calendar and travel for the CEO. Your role is to skillfully manage the daily chaos and keep the CEO on track and organized. The EA will coordinate meetings/appointments, field phone calls, and produce meeting materials and executive summaries. You will also manage key relationships.

We are looking for a Miami-based EA who has at least seven years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment. If you are exceptionally organized, confident, and persistent please consider applying. The right candidate is flexible and pivots as priorities change, displays high emotional intelligence, and possesses superior communication skills.

Candidates should have strong technology skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Power Point are important). Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.

The EA may occasionally be asked to assist with the CEO's small and well-trained dog.

Key Details

  • Monday through Friday schedule, business hours, with flexibility to stay late upon request.
  • Base compensation of up to $125,000 depending on experience with an excellent benefits package, including an annual discretionary bonus; health insurance, paid time off; paid holidays; 401(k).
