Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our Founder &
President, Casimir Sienkiewicz. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic
environment and enjoys tackling new challenges every day. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, playing a
crucial role in ensuring that the President stays focused on strategic priorities while managing the day-to-day
flow.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the President’s calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization of internal and
external meetings.
• Act as a gatekeeper for the President, handling incoming communications, filtering, and responding as
necessary.
• Executive Email Management: Handles day-to-day management of the Presidents email
communications, including timely responses, screening for priority items, and flagging messages that
require the President’s input. Composes draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO for review.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring readiness for meetings with clients, partners, and
internal teams.
• Support the President in managing ongoing projects, maintaining progress tracking and follow-up on key
actions.
• Facilitate internal communication, ensuring smooth coordination between the President and team
members.
• Must be able to manage stressful situations and accommodate last-minute changes.
• Provide insights and feedback on process improvements that can streamline operations within the
company.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic
environment.
