About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team. This is a full-time position in our Richmond, KY office.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting; focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Responsibilities:

• Daily invoicing
• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting

Skills:
