Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to a team of attorneys. This highly responsible and independent role requires anticipating needs, demonstrating professionalism, and delivering exceptional work and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents and correspondence.
• Managing document production and case files.
• Coordinating and performing e-filing in state, federal, and administrative courts.
• Interfacing with clients, attorneys, and court officials professionally.
• Utilizing legal calendaring tools to manage court deadlines and schedules.
• Organizing multiple attorneys’ calendars, travel arrangements, and appointments.
• Preparing and processing travel and expense reimbursements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience as a litigation legal secretary supporting multiple attorneys.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal timekeeping/document management software.
• Knowledge of state and federal court rules and civil procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
