We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of two multifamily mid-rise buildings in Miami, Florida. Description Oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Manage schedules, budgets, and materials to optimize project delivery. Conduct regular site inspections, resolve issues proactively, and maintain accurate project documentation. Profile Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily or mid-rise construction projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively. Proficient in construction scheduling software and adept at problem-solving under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with all project stakeholders. Knowledge of Miami's local construction standards and regulations is a plus.
