Job Description

• Oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and materials to optimize project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve issues proactively, and maintain accurate project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily or mid-rise construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
• Proficient in construction scheduling software and adept at problem-solving under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with all project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Miami's local construction standards and regulations is a plus.
