Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a corporate full-service restaurant environment.
  • Sales Volume: Proven track record managing operations with a sales volume of $5M or more.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and work well with others.
  • Leadership: Leads by example with strong management skills.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid knowledge of P&L management.
  • Drive: A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage P&L to drive profitability and efficiency.
  • Leadership: Act as a hands-on leader, motivating the team and setting the tone for exceptional service.
  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute business strategies in line with company brand standards.
