We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative position located in Radnor, Pennsylvania. This role is in the financial services sector and requires an individual with a strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
• Answering inbound calls from customers and providing excellent service.
• Entering customer data accurately into the CRM system.
• Managing email correspondence with customers.
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls as required.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize information.
• Processing order entries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Scheduling appointments as needed.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action.
• Resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records.• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related role.
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls.
• Demonstrated experience in call center customer service is necessary.
• Strong skills in customer service and ability to manage customer queries effectively.
• Proficient in data entry with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively handle email correspondence and maintain a detail oriented tone.
• Must have experience with order entry and processing customer orders.
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing customer schedules.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stress.
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
