The role is centered in a call center environment and involves a significant amount of data entry. Responsibilities:
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving their issues.
• Receiving and managing inbound calls in a detail oriented manner.
• Accurate and efficient data entry.
• Maintaining precise records of customer credit information.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions as required.
• Coordinating both inbound and outbound calls.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks.
• Handling order entries efficiently.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining the schedule.
• Managing email correspondence effectively and in a detail oriented manner.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls.
• Demonstrated experience in call center customer service.
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to providing exceptional customer care.
• Competency in data entry and order entry tasks.
• Effective email correspondence skills, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
