As part of our team, you'll be the central point of contact for our customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring their questions and needs are addressed with efficiency and detail-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
• Address customer inquiries and provide solution-oriented service
• Manage a multi-line telephone system efficiently
• Welcome and onboard new employees by guiding them through our company software
• Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with customers
• Process and manage customers' billing and order entries
• Schedule appointments as per customer requests
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and email correspondence
• Ensure exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively.
• Experience in a call center customer service environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Accurate data entry skills to ensure correct information is recorded.
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and document creation.
• Familiarity with order entry systems, ensuring orders are accurately processed.
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, balancing the needs of customers and the company.
