We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative position at our location in Lakewood, Colorado. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily working in the manufacturing industry, where you will manage customer account activities and address their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications with efficiency
• Keep customer credit records updated and precise
• Address customer inquiries professionally via phone calls and emails
• Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions
• Adjust shipments as per customer requirements
• Generate credit memos for customers
• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order entry tasks
• Schedule appointments as per customer requests and organizational needs.• Demonstrated experience in responding to inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner.
• Prior work in a call center customer service environment is necessary.
• Robust customer service skills with the ability to manage queries effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry with keen focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly and in a detail-oriented manner.
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting features.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word for drafting correspondence and creating reports.
• Prior experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing team calendars.
