We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team located in Flowery Branch, Georgia. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to handle customer queries, maintain customer records, and manage customer accounts. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle and resolve customer inquiries
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of customer interactions
• Process warranty claims with precision and promptness
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite claim resolution
• Provide top-notch technical support to customers, addressing issues related to equipment functionality and troubleshooting
• Communicate effectively with customers through various platforms such as phone, email, etc.
• Assist in identifying recurring technical issues and recommend solutions or product improvements
• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to track customer interactions and manage data entry tasks
• Schedule appointments and manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, with a focus on maintaining a positive and detail-oriented demeanor.
• Prior experience in a call center customer service environment is highly desirable.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Accuracy and speed in data entry tasks.
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and detail-oriented.
• Skills in both inbound and outbound calls are required.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
• Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, taking into account the needs and availability of all parties involved.
