We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a customer service representative in the printing/publishing industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a key member of our team, you will provide superior support to our customers via email and live chat, handle customer issues with precision, and manage digital support tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer inquiries and orders through email and live chat support
• Troubleshoot customer issues independently, escalating when required
• Effectively manage digital support tasks in Zendesk, including delegation of tickets
• Assist team members with queries related to digital subscriptions and products
• Identify and escalate trending customer issues for prompt resolution
• Maintain a high level of customer service support, ensuring the best user experiences possible
• Balance multiple tasks, meeting deadlines without compromising the quality of work
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order processing
• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring efficient customer service delivery.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, handling customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Solid experience in a call center customer service environment
• Demonstrable skills in providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks
• Experience in email correspondence, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely manner
• Familiarity with managing both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
• Competency in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings effectively
