Requirements Salary Range: $50-$55 hour Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging a variety of technologies and social media, including our applicant tracking system Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates and build a talent pool that could be leveraged for expansion Perform all aspects of recruiting including sourcing candidates, conducting screening interviews, making candidate recommendations to hiring managers, coordinating the interview process, and creating an exemplary candidate experience Serve as a partner to company leadership to understand the business’s growth strategy and business needs to develop a recruitment strategy Develop sourcing strategies and techniques to attract and engage candidates Serve as company’s outward facing ambassador for potential candidates Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting The ideal candidate possesses leadership and supervisory capabilities, solid operational and technical accounting skills and works proactively to drive results. Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Experience with QuickBooks and/or another automated accounting systems a plus. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment. Thorough knowledge of general accounting including application of general accounting theory. Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Demonstrated mentoring, coaching and organizational administrative skills required. Self-managed and ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Experience working in a consulting environment or professional services firm is preferred. Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
