Salary Range: $38-$50/hour
Duties include but are not limited to: Manage work of the Accounting staff.
Oversee basic Accounting procedures (A/R, A/P, time billing, P/R, G/L, tax payments and inventory control).
Monitor and review all records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
Responsible for all basic accounting procedures; financial statement preparation; journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
Create cash flow projections.
Communicate with customers to address any past due invoices on their account.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field preferred. CPA or MBA a plus.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, with a minimum of 1 year of management experience.
Thorough knowledge of general accounting including application of general accounting theory.
Supervisory skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong computer aptitude, including expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word.
