Associate Director, Recruiting
Role summary:
The Associate Director of Recruiting will focus on Interim and Project Services practice. This role develops, maintains and manages a diversified team of accounting and financial consultants for project engagements and short-term assignments. This role allows professionals to leverage their recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment - requiring candidates to have strong communication skills and a proven ability to develop business relationships. The Associate Director of Recruiting possesses a sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
This role will be on-site in our beautiful El Segundo office.

Associate Director, Recruiting
Role summary:
The Associate Director of Recruiting will focus on Interim and Project Services practice. This role will be on-site in our beautiful El Segundo office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop recruiting strategies based on market conditions, existing associate team and current/projected client engagements.
- Make recruiting source development calls and source visits.
- Conduct internet candidate sourcing and in-depth performance-based candidate interviews to understand and evaluate the skills of prospective associates.
- Review new candidates and referrals from the Executive Search team.
- Negotiate and ensure engagement documentation is executed.
- Process background checks, evaluate candidate references and collect required employee application paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records in the company database.
- Present updates at weekly team meetings.
- Assist Client Services team in determining matches for open projects, participate in business development discussions and assist the team with engagement-related issues.
- Manage associate deployment, scheduling and project-end dates through regular communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required along with 2+ years of professional experience in recruiting, sales or accounting/finance. Total compensation will range from $100,000 to $200,000.
- Business-to-business sales and recruiting experience is a must!
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.
- Recruiting experience for accounting/finance is helpful, but not required.

- Proactive approach and strong multi-tasking and/or management skills.
- Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods, sourcing tools and strategies.
