This position will initially be administered through an external agency for a minimum of 90 days and upon satisfactory completion of this timeframe we will transition to a role directly employed by TImberlab.

Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process of mass timber products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery and equipment for different production runs.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of waste materials.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production output, and equipment maintenance.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing or related field preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Basic computer skills for recording production data and operating machinery interfaces.
