Beach House Center for Recovery is a well-established treatment facility in Palm Beach County that offers a full continuum of care to adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our goal is to give patients the freedom they have been waiting for by placing an emphasis on the healing power of love and connection.

We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Manager to add to our team.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and train new housekeeping staff including room attendants, floor supervisors, and laundry personnel.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to maintain quality standards.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage throughout shifts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify cleaning standards are met.
  • Identify and address any cleanliness issues promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
  • Place orders for cleaning supplies and manage inventory costs.
  • Respond to guest complaints regarding cleanliness and take corrective action.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
Required Skills:

Leadership and supervisor skills-2 years experience required as a Housekeeping Manager in a multi-facility organization.
