• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed• Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating patience and professionalism in all communications.
• Previous experience in a call center customer service role is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
