• Manage order entry tasks in line with customer requests.
• Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring efficient time management.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.• Previous experience in call center customer service is essential.
• Must possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Capable of performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in email correspondence, able to respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to create spreadsheets, use advanced formulas, and generate reports.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately processed.
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing the company's calendar effectively.
