Executive Assistant to CEO - Hybrid Role

We're looking for a professional, proactive, highly-organized C-Suite Level Executive Assistant to play a key role in our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting and acting as the gatekeeper for the CEO and founder of the company. If you love the idea of stepping into a versatile role and working closely with leadership, we want to hear from you! The work you put in will show up directly in immediate results and you'll see it. You'll be engaged with our clients, staff and referral sources and will be a key component in the development and growth of our business.

Responsibilities

•Support the CEO in the preparation and scheduling of important events
•Edit and post content to social media for CEO
•Manage LinkedIn and related apps on behalf of the Owner
•Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
•Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive
•Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
•Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
•Be the main point of contact for high-level executive
•Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree or higher
•At least four years as an executive assistant serving management
•Is a problem solver who takes a proactive approach to task completion
•Has an energetic, upbeat personality that fosters positive and engaging relationships
•Proficient with technology (e.g. GSuite, project management, CRMs, etc.)
•Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
•Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
