We are seeking a dedicated, educated, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer of a nonprofit that aims to provide individuals in the community with tools to thrive. The ideal candidate will be personable, resourceful, independent, a problem solver, technologically sound, builds efficiencies, and eager to grow and learn in many facets of the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, and the ability to think critically and solve problems. The successful candidate will also be comfortable with travel and have the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently while acting in a proactive manner professionally. This candidate will be able to manage and delegate in the CEO's stead.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director/CEO and senior staff, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence, writing memos, public speaking, writing emails, and handling media correspondence.
Research: Conduct research and compile information on various topics as needed, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for senior staff as required.
Event Planning: Support the organization and coordination of events, meetings, and conferences.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director/CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Office Management: Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing records, and ensuring a tidy work environment, schedule appointments, etc.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Skills:
Personable with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong research skills and ability to gather and synthesize information.
Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent reading and writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise documents.
