As a Senior Account Director, you will establish new partnerships leveraging the Magnite suite of platforms including our CTV SSP (Streaming) and Ad Server (SpringServe) platforms. You will also drive commercial terms and update agreements across Magnite's existing customer set to optimize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
In this role you will:
Establish new relationships with potential ad server and SSP customers.
Grow existing relationships at senior levels across internal (MGNI/SS) and external organizations.
Be responsible for hitting and exceeding business development revenue goals.
Use available resources and data to inform and negotiate commercial terms.
Ensure optimal revenue creation by winning new SSP and ad server business while upselling existing strategic relationships.
Collaborate with product, legal, operations, marketing, and other departments to drive revenue.
Represent Magnite at industry events and evangelize the platforms.
Inform product roadmap to ensure customer satisfaction.
Upsell new product features and platform functionality to key customers.
Provide critical updates that inform strategic decisions.
Partner with senior leads on the Revenue Team to structure commercial and GTM strategy.
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for strategic publishers.
Navigating complex client organizational structures to ensure proper communication.
We're looking for someone with:
6-8 years of business development experience focusing on complex enterprise agreements.
Existing senior relationships within the media and technology industry.
Strong presentation skills and public speaking abilities.
Proven track record of collaboration with multiple team members and senior management.
Experience navigating complex workflows to find effective solutions.
Superior knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
An optimistic approach to customer service and client development.

In California, the base salary range for this position is: $120,000 - $140,000 plus an annual variable bonus. In New York, the base salary range is: $125,000 - $145,000 plus an annual variable bonus.
