Part-Time About Us: Glades Talent is working with a premier aesthetics clinic dedicated to providing top-quality cosmetic treatments in a luxurious and welcoming environment 3-4 days a week at our new Jacksonville location. We specialize in non-surgical procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments. Our mission is to enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence through personalized care and cutting-edge techniques. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic medicine, with a particular focus on administering injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers. This role requires a professional who is passionate about aesthetics, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, and eager to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient consultations to assess aesthetic needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and care. Educate patients on treatment options, potential side effects, and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes. Stay informed on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and attend relevant training sessions and workshops. Ensure compliance with all medical regulations, protocols, and safety standards. Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive experience from consultation to follow-up. Collaborate with the medical director and other team members to deliver comprehensive aesthetic services. Assist with other medical spa treatments and services as needed. Qualifications: Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, specifically with injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers. Certifications: Certification in Botox and dermal fillers is required; additional certifications in other aesthetic procedures are a plus. Skills: Strong clinical skills with an eye for detail and precision; excellent communication and patient education skills; ability to build rapport with patients and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
