SVP and West Region Leader for Cyber Broking

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Cyber Solutions insurance brokerage team at Aon in our hybrid remote work environment in either our San Francisco, CA; or Los Angeles, CA office locations. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of running West Region’s book of business and leading team resources in performance of client service and prospect development. Responsible for the development of all team members, including remediation of performance and management issues. Lead intra-team relationships to ensure effective, efficient, and supportive relationships among all team members. Connect with all Aon account personnel to ensure consistent and detailed delivery of service to Aon clients and to identify and exploit areas for improvement or account growth. Work in conjunction with national leadership in talent recruitment when needed. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Cyber / E&O insurance marketplace and our team’s products and services. Demonstrate ability to place a layered program ($500M) from start to finish. Own all aspects of client service for your assigned book of business and new business opportunities in coordination with other team members. Use effective negotiation skills to improve broking results for clients. Provide broking status and continuous proactive service to clients during the entire broking process. Work in an Aon United fashion to cross-sell Cyber Solutions products and services. Effectively apply the claims and legal advocacy group for claim administration and counsel. Proactively develop and complete a pipeline strategy for new business. Act as a mentor to more junior team members. Drive utilization of all available technology throughout the broking process and client service process. Replicate effective products/solutions and develop broking opportunities. Understand the causes of E&O and embrace practices to reduce exposure. Required Experience: 10 years of Cyber/E&O insurance experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships. Active P&C License. Education: Bachelor’s degree.
