Profile Aon Is Looking for A Senior Vice President – Cyber Broking SolutionsAre you seeking an opportunity to be a part of our growing, full service Cyber Solutions team by brokering strategic approaches to cyber policy statements?Join our industry leading Cyber Solutions team within our hybrid virtual work environment in New York, NY office. As a Senior Vice President, you will report directly to the Managing Director and Regional Team Leader. Your impact as a Senior Vice President within Aon’s Cyber Solutions:Job responsibilities are:Responsible for all aspects of running Greater New York’s book of business and directing team resources in performance of client service and prospect development in conjunction with the East Region Leader.Responsible for the development of all team members, including remediation of performance and management issues of teamResponsible to manage intra-team relationships to ensure effective, efficient and encouraging relationship(s) among all team membersSuccessfully connect with all Aon account personnel to ensure consistent and seamless delivery of service to Aon clients and to identify and exploit areas for improvement or account growthResponsible to work in conjunction with national leadership in talent recruitment when and as neededDemonstrate detailed knowledge of Cyber / E&O insurance marketplace and our team’s products and servicesDemonstrate ability to place a layered program ($500M ) from start to finishOwn all aspects of client service for your assigned book of business and new business opportunities in coordination with other team members and by using the deal flow process; successfully connect with other team members and administrative staff to ensure accurate prioritization of workflowUse effective negotiation skills to improve broking results for clientsUse data, own experience, others’ perspectives, and a clear methodology improve client programs and build opportunities with prospective client programsProvide broking status and continuous proactive service to clients during entire broking process and entire period of engagement by clientWork in an Aon United fashion to cross-sell Cyber Solutions products and servicesSuccessfully apply the claims and legal advocacy group for claim administration and counsel to assist with claim resolutionProactively develop and complete a pipeline strategy for new businessAct as a mentor to more junior team membersDrive utilization of all available technology throughout broking process and client service processReplicate effective products/solutions and develop broking opportunitiesUnderstand the causes of E&O and avoid and adopt practices to reduce exposureRequired Experience:10 years of Cyber/E&O insurance or similar experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPointStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build relationshipsActive P&C LicenseEducation:Bachelor’s degreeWe offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to crafting access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
