Travel RN - CVOR Shift : Days / 6:15a-4:45p, 10x4, 40 hrs per week Length : 13 weeks Call Requirement: 2 times per week, and every 3rd weekend Weekend Requirement: Call shift every third weekend Requirements: NC license 2 years CVOR experience; If 1 year of main OR experience then 1 year of CVOR experience is acceptable Must be proficient in scrubbing Cardiac cases BLS ACLS preferred Level 1 trauma experience Other Details: Float Requirement: to main OR on same campus if no volume in CVOR Locals Accepted Ratios: 1:1 Unit systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years CVOR experience; If 1 year of main OR experience then 1 year of CVOR experience is acceptableTraveler Experience: NOT REQUIREDLocals Accepted: YesSkills: Scrub; CVOR experience; must be proficient in scrubbing Cardiac cases.Certs: BLS PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: ACLS, level 1 trauma experience. **Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: CABG, AVR, MVR, TVR, Aortic Dissection, TAVR, Laser lead extractions, Aortic Root, Carotids, Thoracic cases, Pericardial window, ECMO, Impella. UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR SCHEDULING TYPE: manager determines UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours SCRUBS: provided, blue COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not RequiredFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Unit:
