Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a lively and vibrant dining establishment in the heart of Times Square. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume restaurants, a deep understanding of customer service excellence, and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of service.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and floor management.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze profit and loss statements to achieve financial goals.
• Inventory and Vendor Management: Maintain appropriate stock levels, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
• Event Coordination: Manage private events and special occasions, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a restaurant manager in a high-volume setting, preferably in a casual or upscale casual environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
