Management Business Solutions is seeking an
HR Manager
for its client in
Holland, MI . The person will be responsible for overseeing and leading all human resources functions. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in recruitment and employee engagement, combined with a deep understanding of HR best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and posting job openings. Manage HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Handle employee grievances, PIPs, write-ups, and paperwork for unemployment and legal matters. Prepare and schedule employee reviews and milestones. Support payroll processes, including tax submissions, W-2s, and 401k management. Maintain accurate employee records and assist with terminations and uniform management. Drive employee engagement initiatives and oversee company programs. Streamline new hire processes with checklists and onboarding materials. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources. Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and payroll processes. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and experience working with QuickBooks is a plus.
