Job Duties: Coordinate and run the resolution of critical technical issues, ensuring timely and complete problem solving to technical challenges and business issues. Lead the complete end-to-end customer experience. Research, document, and prioritize customer issues, using internal tools and escalation teams as vital, as well as prioritizing and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Raise issues to Product Engineering, when required. Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and apply that expertise effectively to help customers. Provide peer mentorship to team members through a Swarming framework. Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency, while empowering and enabling the greater support community. Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area. *Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Technology Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) AzureDevops; (2) Log rocket; (3) Swagger; (4) SDLC; (5) JIRA; (6) IT Business Analysis; (7) KPIs; (8) Salesforce Admin; (9) Scrum Master; and (10) Splunk. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary: $113,797.00 - $116,000.00 per annum.
