Job Duties: Participates in architecture discussions and planning. Leads multi-functional coordination, planning, and reviews with subject matter experts from other engineering teams. Partners with the product owner to align with objectives, priorities, tradeoffs, and risk. Has strong organizational skills and Experience with Agile development methodologies. Provides technical guidance, career development, and mentorship to team members. Detail oriented and successfully able to juggle multiple high priority deliverable across multiple scrum teams. Manage multiple, highly effective engineering scrum team and on time delivery of high impactful features. Clear, proactive communication skills and ability to engage and organize stake holders, technical leads across multiple teams, set clear expectation on deliverables and timelines. Scrum masters multiple scrum teams and work with product counterpart to come up with clear, prioritized backlog to set clear goals and milestones that team can execute on within the targeted delivery dates. Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) React.js; (2) Junit; (3) Spring MVC; (4) Advanced Data Structure; (5) Algorithm Design; (6) Redux Framework; (7) Oracle; (8) Java; (9) Splunk; and (10) MySQL. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary: $185,037.00 - $231,000.00 per annum.
