Salesforce Inc. seeks Manager Software Engineering in Bellevue, WA: Job Duties: Participates in architecture discussions and planning. Leads multi-functional coordination, planning, and reviews with subject matter experts from other engineering teams. Partners with the product owner to align with objectives, priorities, tradeoffs, and risk. Provides technical guidance, career development, and mentorship to team members. Successfully juggle multiple high priority deliverables across multiple scrum teams. Manage multiple, highly effective engineering scrum teams and ensure on-time delivery of high-impact features. Clear, proactive communication skills and ability to engage and organize stakeholders, technical leads across multiple teams, set clear expectations on deliverables and timelines. Scrum master for multiple scrum teams and work with product counterpart to come up with clear, prioritized backlog to set clear goals and milestones. Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)). Salary:
