Job Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you'll take charge of essential administrative duties, including data entry, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars. This is fully on-site in Princeton, NJ.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Carry out data entry tasks with precision and speed
• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to execute tasks and projects
• Coordinate travel arrangements ensuring a smooth and well-planned itinerary
• Manage concur expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain and manage calendars, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met
• Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Proven experience in handling and responding to inbound calls effectively• Demonstrated proficiency in data entry tasks with high accuracy
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Experience in both inbound and outbound calling, ensuring clear communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for email management and scheduling
• Ability to design persuasive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficient in drafting, editing, and formatting documents in Microsoft Word
• Experience in coordinating travel arrangements for staff and volunteers
• Familiarity with Concur Expense for managing and reporting expenses
• Strong skills in calendar management, balancing priorities for multiple team members
