We are offering a contract for an HR Recruiter position based in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for handling recruitment activities, carrying out background checks, and managing the applicant tracking system. You will also be required to work on ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews.
• Utilize the Applicant Track System and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient recruitment.
• Conduct comprehensive background checks on potential hires.
• Handle Careerbuilder and CRM tools to streamline recruitment processes.
• Implement ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now in HR operations.
• Effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Manage and perform various benefit functions as required.
• Use 'About Time' software for time management and scheduling.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and standards.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Mastery of ADP Workforce Now is necessary
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is expected
• Experience with Careerbuilder is a must
• Competence in CRM is essential
• Knowledge of About Time is needed
• Proficiency in Applicant Track System is vital
• Proficiency in conducting Background Checks is required
• Understanding of Benefit Functions is necessary
• Excellent Communication skills are a must
