We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Specialist in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. Located in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, this role requires a detail-oriented individual with a keen understanding of HR processes and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian for various HR functions
• Manage Applicant Track System (ATS), ensuring efficient tracking and processing of applications
• Engage in talent sourcing and recruiting processes, using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
• Maintain open and effective communication with internal teams and potential hires
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Audit HR processes and records, implementing improvements as necessary
• Apply expertise in CRM and About Time for efficient HR management
• Foster employee engagement, implementing innovative strategies and initiatives
• Oversee recruiting sources and strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Screen potential hires, ensuring they meet the qualifications outlined in job postings.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Ability to use ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian software
• CRM skills
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Auditing skills
• Understanding of Benefit Functions
• Strong communication skills
• Compliance skills
• Proficiency in Applicant Track System
• Ability to source candidates effectively
