We are in the search for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team located in Coconut Creek, Florida, 33073, United States. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the hiring processes, ensuring compliance, fostering employee relationships, and handling the benefit functions.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage the hiring processes from start to finish

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws in all HR practices

• Develop and maintain strong employee relations within the team

• Oversee the onboarding process and ensure new employees are efficiently integrated

• Handle all benefit functions, ensuring employees are well-informed and benefits are managed properly

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks

• Leverage ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient hiring processes

• Manage HR tasks on Ceridian and HCM platforms

• Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders

• Oversee full cycle recruiting to attract the best talent for the team.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is beneficial
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is desired
• Knowledge of Ceridian software is an asset
• Mastery of HCM (Human Capital Management) is necessary
• Ability to execute Benefit Functions effectively is crucial
• Strong Communication skills for maintaining effective interactions with employees
• Understanding of Compliance regulations and standards in the food and food processing industry
• Experience in managing Employee Relations is essential
• Proficiency in Hiring Processes to ensure selection of suitable candidates.
