Responsibilities:

• Play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, identifying and attracting potential candidates

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to manage recruitment tasks

• Employ ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer

• Use Careerbuilder and Applicant Track System for job postings and applicant tracking

• Leverage CRM and About Time software for effective time and relationship management

• Conduct Background Checks to ensure compliance and safety within the team

• Oversee Benefit Functions, ensuring employees understand and utilize their benefits

• Exhibit strong Communication skills to interact with potential candidates and the sales team

• Assist with sales development, providing support to the sales team to boost performance.

• Proven experience in recruiting and business development.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Skilled in using Careerbuilder for recruitment purposes

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems

• Experience with the About Time software

• Ability to use Applicant Track System effectively

• Experience conducting Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within the HR context

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
