We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative in the Financial Services sector, based in San Francisco, California. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The successful applicant will be primarily tasked with supporting conference operations, with a focus on providing top-notch experiences for attendees.


Responsibilities:


• Offer a warm and welcoming environment for all conference attendees.

• Execute various administrative duties across multiple office floors.

• Coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage reception tasks, providing excellent customer service.

• Oversee catering tasks, ensuring attendees' comfort.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

• Utilize your skills in Coordinating Events, Corporate Events, and Event Coordination to ensure successful conference operations.

• Process customer applications and maintain accurate records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry

• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service

• Knowledge and understanding of financial services and products

• Experience in coordinating events within a corporate setting

• Demonstrated ability in managing and coordinating corporate events

• Strong skills in event coordination and ability to handle logistics effectively

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members

• Ability to solve problems and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management software

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• High level of professionalism and commitment towards customer satisfaction.
