This role oversees a team responsible for promotional execution and ensures seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. With a focus on both merchandising strategy and data-driven decision-making, the manager optimizes shopping experience, site usability and performance. This position plays a critical role in achieving business objectives and enhancing the brand's digital presence. Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, or a similar field - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a face-paced environment - Strong creative mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and merchandising best practice - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on flawless execution - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders - Demonstrated expertise in project management, campaign launches and promotion executions - Proficient in site usability optimizations, A/B testing methodologies, and personalization strategies - Strong analytics skill with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies - Passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving business outcomes - Adept at managing shifting priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment - Comfortable handling repetitive or detail-oriented tasks when necessary Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive digital merchandising strategies aligned with business objectives, financial targets and seasonal priorities - Oversee the end-to-end process and ensure flawless execution of the website and Shop App merchandising, including offer intake, creative development, content authoring, site implementation and quality assurance. - Optimize key pages, consumer journey and shopping experience to enhance customer engagement and maximize continuation and conversion rates. - Lead the execution of promotional activities on the website and Shop App, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. - Partner with Category, Marketing, Product, UX and xLOB teams to create a cohesive site merchandising strategy that integrates storytelling with business goals - Collaborate with the Product and Dev teams to identify technical solutions that improve customer experience and meet business requirements - Monitor and analyze site performance and promotional effectiveness, providing actionable insights - Manage the promotional calendar and ensure seamless execution of campaigns to meet target KPIs - Continuously test and optimize site functionality, user engagement, and overall performance. - Act as the primary point of merchandising contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, updates and deliverables - Manage internal search optimization efforts to improve product and key promotion visibility - Generate regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement in digital merchandising efforts - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and resolving issues proactively - Manage and provide guidance to the site merchandising team, fostering collaboration and professional development Summary: The main function of a product manager is to maximize sales, revenue, market share and profit margins by leading a team to deliver an end product. The typical product manager guides the delivery of a product through its life cycle. Job Responsibilities: � Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met � Ensuring that the product supports the company�s overall strategy and goals. � Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. � Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects. � Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. � Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Skills: � Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. � Ability to work independently and manage one�s time. � Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. � Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
