Job Description

We are is looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings as needed.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
• Assist in coordinating office supplies and inventory management.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
