• Contract Duration: 6-months
• Worksite Location: On-site in Sugarland, TX

What you'll do as a Recruiter:

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness

What you'll bring to the Recruiter role:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on corporate recruiting and salaried roles
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
