This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take on new challenges and grow into a Program Manager position, gaining strategic leadership experience along the way. As part of this exciting initiative, you'll play a pivotal role in replacing multiple systems with ServiceNow, optimizing processes, and creating long-term value for the organization. With mentorship and collaboration from the IT Director, this role offers a clear pathway to advancing into a Program Manager role as the department evolves post-deployment. Key Responsibilities Lead ServiceNow Deployment: Manage the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business goals and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and Execute Solutions: Work closely with the IT Director to architect IT systems that meet organizational objectives and best practices. Manage Projects: Oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables, keeping the deployment on track and within scope. Facilitate Communication: Act as the liaison between IT and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and stakeholder alignment. Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Prepare for Leadership: Gain deep organizational insight and technical expertise to take ownership of IT programs in a future Program Manager role. What You'll Bring Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: 6-8 years in IT or related fields, with hands-on experience managing complex projects. ServiceNow experience (especially ITSM, SOM, or CSM modules) is a plus. Technical Skills: Broad IT knowledge and familiarity with software development methodologies. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with IT solutions. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and readiness to grow into a leadership role. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on productivity and accountability. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or relevant certifications.
