Pay: $22
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-hour shift between 9a-7p (Flexible for OT as business needs)
Job Description:
Adjudicate claims and troubleshoot rejections so that the correct information is communicated to the patient
Communicate the need for medication prior authorization (PA) to providers and serve as a resource to the provider during the PA process - submit prior authorizations as needed and follow up with insurance plans on outcome
Manage inbound calls from patients, clients, physicians, practitioners and clinics regarding inquiries about order status, services provided, financial support options
Entering detailed, accurate, and grammatically correct progress notes to ensure proper documentation on patient profiles.
Contact patients to schedule medication delivery and payment so that accurate information is included in their profile and distribution can successfully send their package in a timely manner
Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
2+ years in call center environment
1+ years of insurance verification and prior authorization experience
Strong critical thinking skills, Time Management
Collaboration and open communication in team environment with conflict resolution
Work flexibility, Attention to detail, Strong technical skills
